If you’ve ever dreamed of exploring the underwater world but don’t know how to scuba dive, Boracay Helmet Diving is your perfect adventure! This exciting experience lets you walk on the ocean floor and get up close with colorful fish and corals — no diving experience required!
Helmet diving, also known as sea walking, takes place a few meters below the surface of Boracay’s crystal-clear waters. After a short briefing, you’ll be fitted with a special helmet that provides a steady flow of air, allowing you to breathe comfortably while underwater. The helmet is connected to the surface by a hose, so there’s no need to worry about oxygen tanks or masks fogging up.
Once you descend, a trained guide will assist you as you slowly step onto the sandy seabed. The moment you look around, you’ll be amazed — schools of tropical fish swim right past you, and vibrant coral formations surround you in every direction. It feels like stepping into another world, peaceful and full of life.
One of the highlights of helmet diving in Boracay is feeding the fish. You’ll be given bits of bread, and as soon as you hold it out, colorful fish will gather around you — a magical photo opportunity! Most packages include underwater pictures and videos, so you can take home a lasting memory of your ocean adventure.
The entire experience usually lasts about 20 to 30 minutes, making it a short yet unforgettable part of your Boracay itinerary. It’s safe, beginner-friendly, and ideal for non-swimmers too.

Scuba diving or Helmet diving will not be allowed under the following circumstances
Within 24 hours after a flight, or within 24 hours before a flight
Only those 8 years old and above w/o heart problems are allowed
Free shuttle service is for guests staying at Station 1, 2, and 3 hotels only. No free shuttle service for Diniwid and Yapak areas.
Please proceed to Budget Mart at Dmall instead. One way only. An additional charge of Php 120.00 per person for the round-trip shuttle service.
