ITINERARY
DAY 1: Manila
Welcome to Manila! Meet and greet then transfer to the hotel for accommodation. The rest of the day is to be spent at your own leisure.
DAY 2: Manila (B, L)
Breakfast in the hotel. Today we visit the historical landmarks of the capital city of The Old and New Manila. Visit Rizal Park where the country’s national hero was executed. Onto the Walled City of Intramuros, tour Fort Santiago, a Spanish medieval fortress that used to be Spain’s most durable bastion in the East, the place of political enemies were executed and house of some of Rizal’s memorabilia.
Stop at San Agustin Church, then to the reclaimed areas where the convention centers, art venue, and Mall of Asia which is one of the biggest on Ayala Avenue in Makati, the modern commercial and financial district of the country. Proceed to the American Memorial Park marking over 37000 soldiers who died during WWII. Overnight accommodation.
DAY 3: Manila - Puerto Princesa (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport and flight to Puerto Princesa. Arrival and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon city tour, explore the raw and rugged beauty of Palawan. This place boasts of a real clean and green program which has community-based and strongly supported by the residents. The tour includes a visit to the crocodile farm (except Sunday) which has different species and habitats of this mammal, the city market, and opt to spend for some bargains, the museum, and the cathedral.
DAY 4: Puerto Princesa (B, L)
Breakfast in the hotel. Simply amazing, believe it or not… To the mouth of the river, is St. Paul’s Subterranean River and National Park, board a paddle boat going into the wondrous “underground river”, and witness a temple or ballroom-like natural formations of glittering stalactites and stones rising from the water. It is worth mentioning that the cave is one of the longest and most fascinating networks of caves and one of the UNESCO Seven Wonders of Nature. Lunch will be served in Sabang. Overnight.
DAY 5: Puerto Princesa - El Nido (B, L, D)
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to El Nido by land, approximately 5 hrs drive. Then take the boat to Miniloc Island Resort, El Nido. Lunch and dinner in the resort. Overnight accommodation.
DAY 6-8: El Nido (B, L, D)
Full board accommodation. During your stay in El Nido, you can take part in the activities offered by the resort, such as trips to nearby islands, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, trekking, etc. All activities must be booked at the hotel office and are subject to availability upon arrival.
DAY 9: El Nido - Manila - Departure (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for departure.
